Okay

I am thinking that if I use this to post my running stats, like Katie does, I'll be better at keeping with it. I need to catch up, so here goes.

Saturday: 40min. 3 miles. 340 calories
Tuesday: 60 min 4 1/2 miles. 422 calories
Thursday: 50 min 3/12 miles. 360 calories

My goal is to run at least 45-60 min Tues-Sat. My shins are feeling so much better, thank you Katie your tips were very helpful. Not sure when I will run outside again, I think I may just stick to the old treadmill!

Good job! You are off to a good start. Keep the stats coming! Maybe we can run the SLC Half next year. That gives us plenty of time to train. Let me know what you think!

Keep it up. I'm only wishing I could run now. As soon as I get my energy back. . .I'm in.
