Jared
I'd like to take a min to just let everyone who doesn't already know, what a wonderful person Jared really is. I've blogged before about how giving and thoughtful he is, and he really doesn't think twice about giving anything to anybody, and he never expects anything in return. He just has a big heart. He gets this from his Dad. My father in~law has a heart of gold, he really does. As most of you probably know, my father in~law needs a kidney. When we were first told I was not at all surprised that Jared would offer to be tested. As far as I know the other siblings offered as well, but Jared was the first to take the initiative and call his mom everyday to get the number to the people he needed to be talking with to get things going, rather than sitting around waiting for someone to call him. So..... we found out yesterday that he was a match. He has a few more test to do, but I think they are all pre-op tests. He's very excited to be doing this for his dad. I'm very anxious....he's already talking about getting a bell, for the few weeks he'll be home.....he really is worse then the kids when he is sick! : ) Seriously though, I'm very anxious, obviously, but I'm very proud of him. It will be a long few weeks of recovery, especially for Jakson, they won't be playing catch or wrestling for a while, something they do every night. But in the long run, I hope my kids will know what it truly means to give, and they couldn't learn it better from two of the most giving people I know.

Jared is such a sweet guy. You are so lucky. But so is he. Seriously you guys are a great couple.
What an amazing gift to give his dad. Hope all goes well!
We've been praying for Tio Lalo and we'll be praying for Jared too! We love Jared-he's such a good guy! Please let us know if you need anything.
Your husband sounds like a great guy and your daughter looks way older than 10 with those cute glasses. My daugher has to start braces soon and I wish she was as excited as Lexi about it.
Love you Dusty. Let me know when you need a break from tending Jared and I will be right over. He might not enjoy the time with his older sister, but I'll do whatever you need.
Can't tell you how much I love you both!
That's not surprising about Jared, but still what can I say but WOW!
Yay Jared, definitly no surprise he is the first to take the initiative. However, I'm surprised he doesn't want to get an intercom system to get what he needs while in recovery faster. LOL
