Finally, after 3 yrs of wishing, Lexi was granted with these....
3 yrs ago, her best friend received a letter from the school that said she didn't pass the eye exam. Lexi was very disappointed. She actually had popped out the lenses of a pair of sunglasses and tried to pull them off as real glasses! We teased her forever over this! Last summer, said best friend, was told she needed braces....Poor Lexi, our dentist said not yet, you still have baby teeth to lose. That she actually asked him when she needed them, not if she would need them, but when, just cracked me up!! So you can imagine the look on her face one day after school as she literally ran to the car holding a letter....sigh...they are only for reading mind you, but she is trying to wear them all the time! Doesn't she look so grown up? She has her first solo competition of the year Friday night! Everyone wish her luck!!
