WOW!
I am totally setting myself up for what could be a heated debate....but seriously? I really didn't think this would pass but I was wrong. I respect peoples decisions not to drink, whatever your reasons are that's great. But really, a 10ft wall around a bar, that is already not in the dining area of a restaurant, is INSANE. I'm just dumbfounded right now! Wow!

Wow, I am shocked.... Kinda. There goes Olive Garden's entry way. Leave it to Utah to take things way too far.
And also, how to you judge if someone appears drunk? Some people are just born that way!!! :)
Oh and I love how you used that "here" to click and it went to the actual article page. I can't figure out how to do that yet.
Dusty I don't normally agree with you, but on this one I do! There is just no point and there are so many other issues in our state that need the money and attention!
